How do I paint exterior rendered walls?

I have old bare cement rendered walls outside that I want to paint. How do I go about this?

To prepare the walls, pressure clean them, allow them to dry for 48hrs, then apply one coat of British Paints PREP 4 in 1(water based), then two coats of British Paints 4 Seasons.
